To change your character's name, follow these steps: 1. Create a new character with the desired name on your account. 2. Submit a ticket with the 'Rename Character' title to our Support team in the category 'Rename Character/Clan or Change Appearance' and indicate the new nickname. 3. The ticket must be submitted from the same account on which you want to use the service.
