With a certain chance, applies one of the following effects. - Pull (trigger rate: 40%%) Pulls enemies. - Hold (trigger rate: 40%%, duration: 3 sec.) Immobilizes the enemies. - Pull and Hold (trigger rate: 20%%, duration: 3 sec.) Pulls and immobilizes the enemies. PvP: Attacks up to 20 targets. PvE: Attacks up to 20 targets. If the target is an NPC/ monster: The anomaly is not applied; triggers an explosion that deals damage to the enemies. Power 6000. <Enchant effect> Increases number of attacks. Increases number of targets. Reduces the debuff duration. Decreases Spirit Ore consumption.
