The Guillotine was once an executioner. After drinking the blood of Shillien that permeated the Execution Grounds, it became the "Guillotine of Death" that kills to bring about the resurrection of Shillien. It is trapped in the illusion of the blood. It manages the criminals near the guillotine and it sends the blood that they have gathered to the spirit world of darkness.
