Greater Upgrade Stone can be used for safe enchanting from +5 to +7. Transcendent Upgrade Stone can be used for safe enchanting starting from +8. Starting from +4, you can spend Talisman of Authority of the same enchant value to get Blessed Talisman of Authority. Note! Effects of two or more talismans with the same name do not stack; the more powerful one takes precedence.
