Transcendent Upgrade Stone can be used starting from +8. The cloak enchanted to +10 can be compounded with Transcendent Upgrade Stone or Cloak of Protection of the same level. If compounding is successful, you get Heavenly Cloak. Can be blessed with Scroll of Blessing - Special. In case of success, grants 1 random appearance and property.
